There are many variables that can have an affect on our health. Some of us can do all the wrong things and live to be 90 and some of us will do all the right things and pass away too early. This is not about right or wrong or how long one should be living. It is about balance and doing what you can to have a great quality of life for however long you do live. I grew up knowing clinics and hospitals well as my mother was born with a health condition and later lost her kidneys. Over 33 years as a transplant patient and a total of 37 surgeries, she still fights with a smile. Six years after her kidney transplant, my father injured his back never returning to work again. When you grow up seeing a lot of pain and suffering, you want nothing more than to help those with the ability to do what they can to keep themselves away from health challenges.
It is my personal - and LifeCore’s - goal to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. It is that pride and passion that drives us to be leaders by example and we are excited that you are joining us to set a better example for your family, your friends and most importantly, your children.
